The Freedom Rally in Catron County

Clay Douglas is a fifteen year veteran talk show host who has broadcast his many shows worldwide. He is a well traveled writer and a dedicated reporter who has published a multitude of magazines over the last 30 years!

          Sheriff Richard Mack, author of The County Sheriff, America's Last Hope was in Reserve New Mexico for a freedom rally at the Catron County Fairgrounds on September 5, 2009 to promote his books and answer questions about what a real, Oath Keeping sheriff could do for the People of Catron County. Andrea sent out an e-mail invitation.  I received it and told her I would help promote the Rally through the Free American.

          As the Free American publisher and radio host, I have met and interviewed Richard Mack when he was an Arizona Sheriff, based in Safford, Arizona, after fighting and winning a case against the Brady Bill in the Supreme Court. I had Richard on my show a few weeks back to promote his book and mentioned the Catron County Freedom Rally. I linked to Richard’s site from the Free American. Richard was one of almost 200 authors, doctors, and politicians I have interviewed in the past year.

          I rode two hundred miles through rain, the aftermath of a hurricane down in Mexico, on my Harley. When I got to Andrea’s I was informed that posters promoting the event, billed as a “Catron County Freedom Rally”, were torn down and thrown away. The chairs and equipment were removed. The organizer of the Gun Show at the fairgrounds at the same time was named Stanley. He and others were involved with starting the hateful, false rumors.

          Richard and Clay were accused of being racists by this small minority of people in Catron County to deter the People from coming to hear these two dynamic and knowledgeable men. Richard Mack was actually asked to leave the “Black Gold Emporium” because of his “Racist Friends”. See his response at the website that woman lost (at least lost for free) over these disparaging remarks and actions, and see his response to my arrival here!

          These people obviously get their information from the Anti-Defamation League and Southern Poverty Law Center. These organizations do everything they can to portray Aware Americans as racists, Conspiracy Theorists, Kooks, Militia Men, Gun Owners, Anti-Semitic, Anti-Government,  Religious Nuts or Home Grown Terrorists. They then add Farmers, Ranchers, Loggers, Home-Schoolers, Birthers, Truthers, Tax Protesters and Anti-Abortion Types to their slander and libel. These well-funded organizations work as propaganda machines. They are foreign agents, intending to destabilize this once-Great Nation and to demonize and discredit all patriotic Americans, Veterans and police officers (OathKeepers) who remain loyal to the oath we swore to defend the Constitution against ALL enemies, foreign and domestic! 

          To be labeled as such by these slanderers confirms that you are aware of their methods of enslavement and bondage that are being foisted upon us. These labels generated by a Communist/Banker Cabal will be a badge of honor in a not too distant future.           Richard Mack had this to say about those charges: “I have been involved in the battle for freedom since 1984 and have written numerous articles and books since that time; it is all part of my record and shows who I am. In all that I have written and all that I have spoken you will not find ONE instance where I have ever demeaned or ridiculed another race or religion or nationality in any manner whatsoever. The things I do abhor are easily documented; politicians, corrupt cops, the IRS, and basically anyone in government who tramples the Constitution. That's it!”

          “The Southern Poverty Law Center (Morris Dees) has accused me of supporting the Militia movement in this country. I have challenged this "person" to prove his allegations and to meet me in open and public debate about any of his "information." He has refused to do so. The only thing I have ever said is that I have never been to a "militia" meeting and that I am not a member of any "militia" group. However, I do support the militia as exemplified in the ride of Paul Revere and as referred to in the United States Constitution.”

          I agree with him and feel the same way. I do not care what your color, race or religion is as long as you are loyal to your family, your neighbors, county, state and country.

Southern Poverty Law Center reignites demonization of the Militia and lumps  Oath Keepers into its Diatribe!

          While watching the carnage at Waco I swore to my wife I would never sit back and watch something like that happen on TV again. The oath I swore to the Constitution will never expire. I care about America and the American people and believe we should all be educated and informed FREE AMERICANS. While I write this I am working on my PHD in Political Science and Divinity. I will NEVER stop fighting to educate and assist Americans in maintaining their health and Liberty. I believe I could best serve the American people by choosing a freedom loving county with plenty of natural resources, work to protect them from the same things that the County Supervisors saw coming in 1990.

 "Federal and state agents threaten the life, liberty, and happiness of the people of Catron County.  They present a clear and present danger to the land and livelihood of every man, woman and child.  A state of emergency prevails that calls for devotion and sacrifice.  It asks that the citizens of Catron County unite themselves and, through their elected government, assert their fundamental rights to human dignity and self-government.  Most of all, it seeks from an honorable past the strength to mold an environment of freedom and opportunity for Catron County's present and future generations."

 I have been interviewing and recording conversations with some of the brightest and best minds in America for over 15 Years. The need for accurate news is more important now, in what I and other scholars believe is the END TIMES. The declaration of a Pandemic and the specter of bio chips, national IDs, Mandatory Vaccinations and Martial Law are breaking stories almost every day. The Free American Magazine was good and I plan to bring in back soon the way we started; as a tabloid containing all of the news it became known for. For now, the Free American Radio and Website will inform you daily of breaking stories. I plan to base my publishing and radio shows out of Catron County if I can get the support of the people in Catron County who passed the Catron County Comprehensive Land Use Plan in 1990.

          I have studied History and I have a good understanding of proper law enforcement. I have arrested Con Artists and exposed corrupt politicians. I have uncovered drug rings and helped put the pressure on Bush to free the Border Patrol Agents convicted and sentenced to prison for doing their job. I have been demonized along with the people of Catron County as far back as 1996.

            This from the Anti-Defamation League’s booklet entitled “Armed and Dangerous” designed to stir fear of the Militia formed after the massacre of the people at the Branch Davidian Church in Waco.

“As in neighboring Arizona, the organization of militias’ nascent stages. Thus far, the most visible manifestation of pro-militia sentiment in New Mexico has been found in The Free American, a monthly newspaper published privately by Clayton R. Douglas and his wife, Jan Douglas. The September 1994 issue contained an advertisement declaring: "It's Time To Take Matters Into Our Own Hands. It's Time To Protect Our Constitution! Join The New Mexico Unorganized Militia." The accompanying phone number for more information was the number of the newspaper itself. The militia movement appears to be taking hold in Catron County, an area that in recent years has experienced much anti-federal government sentiment among some residents. Among the groups attempting to organize a local militia are "Concerned Citizens" and the "Patriots of Catron County."  

          This old and long campaign to discredit me and other Patriots was dragged out of the dustbins of history to try to ruin a very patriotic lady in Catron County using lies and innuendo. This whisper campaign used my name to try and hurt her and Richard Mack’s book sales. It is law enforcement that is reading Richard’s book.

          I have said on my website that I would run for office if I had the support of the people. I do not like bullies, liars or crooked politicians. After over 15 years of publishing and broadcasting and I have never been sued for libel or slander. In spite of being listed in the FBI’s Anti-Defamation League supplied intelligence “Guide to Right Wing Extremists” I have walked into the FBI office in Albuquerque to deliver a bundle of my magazines, got a "thank you" and a handshake from FBI Agents and walked out. Gary Johnson, the Governor of New Mexico, recalled that document after I informed him of it. The chief of the New Mexico Police told me he had been reading my magazine for ten years and I had nothing to fear from his men.  

          I will be a good fair Sheriff but I will say things that you have been conditioned to ignore or disbelieve. Those who would keep you ignorant and in the dark want you to remain a good mushroom.

          I will continue to teach and enforce the Constitution and I will urge the county and state to repeal all laws against victimless crimes to allow law enforcement to concentrate on our more serious issues up to and including treason committed by corrupt politicians. We do have a grand Jury for those critically important issues!

          If you smoke pot, you should be able to plant one in your back yard and quit supporting the drug cartels in Mexico.

          If you are a farmer or rancher you should have the right to raise HEMP the same way Russia, Red China, Canada and Mexico do. Over 10,000 products made out of hemp we have to buy from Red China. If you are selling Meth, Cocaine or Heroin, you will be thrown into jail by me, personally.

          It is time we Oath Keepers stop being silent witnesses to the destruction of our country and our Constitution.  The best way to start is as the Sheriff of a small but rich county and set an example for the other counties across America.

HOMELAND SECURITY IS NOW TARGETING PATRIOTIC AMERICANS, VETERANS FROM VIETNAM, IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN, CONSTITUTIONALISTS  AND ANYONE WHO BELIEVES IN CONSPIRACIES,  LABELING ALL OF US WHO ARE TRYING TO KNOW THE TRUTH, AS RIGHTWING EXTREMISTS.  THEY SAY CURRENT ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL CLIMATE FUELING RESURGENCE IN RADICALIZATION AND RECRUITMENT! THIS IS COMMUNISM IN ACTION, UP CLOSE AND REAL PERSONAL! Department of Homeland Security Labels Patriots as the Enemy!

          Wow, the internet underground news presses are spinning at warp speed.  In addition to the below article, we talked with George Green today.  He said there is a serious emergency G20 meeting in London this weekend to deal with the dire global financial global crisis.

          With all we are reading and hearing, this could explode into a global catastrophe with the end of the US government fiscal year at the end of this month, when the US Government will be faced with un-payable trillions of T-bills coming due, not to mention the reported quadrillion in commercial derivatives payments coming due at the same time.

          Folks, it can get immediately very ugly in a matter of a few days.  As always, always, always, in the past financial crises, the governing forces created major diversionary events like wars, 9-11, etc. to implement new laws reducing our freedom and constitutional rights.  Rumors are flying right now of a possible nuclear event in the U.S. very soon, to give cause to martial law, another bank holiday like 1933 and a new currency introduction.

          I certainly hope all of these dire event predictions are off-base, but there are far too many sources bringing them forth for me to not at least re-warn all of you to get your money out of banks, stocks, etc. and into what we call family commodities:

F = Food    (Production, Procurement & Preservation Supplies)

A = Ammo (all protection equipment)

M = Metals (Silver & Gold, our preference is US Pre-65 silver coins)

I   = Info (How To books on how to provide all you can for yourselves)

L  =  Livestock (chickens, goats, milk cow, turkeys, rabbits, etc.)

Y = You (Special medical supplies, personal needs/wants)

You do not want to have to ask yourself these two questions:

1) What should I have done? and Why didn't  I do it?

 Remember this "Flu-Season" that the Vaccinations they want you to take are manufactured by the same companies here that shipped LIVE BIRD FLU  VIRUS in their Vaccines sent overseas.

Dear Friends and Catron County Citizens who I look forward to meeting soon,
 

I came to Catron County about 15 years ago and fell in love with the People,
the Land and the Spirit of Freedom that permeates this county.

Even then, it was obvious that Catron County was under a determined assault
by State and Federal forces, but it was difficult to understand why ~ it just
didn't seem right that the government I believed in would behave in such an
unruly, inconsiderate manner.

As mother of Five Sons I did understand that there are occasions that a good
spanking reminds the unruly that good manners and Christian consideration
have their own reward.

Now, don't get me wrong ~ I'm not talking about spanking anyone; but Sheriff
Richard Mack clearly detailed the Power of the County Sheriff to "peacefully"
correct the woes that Catron County faces.

An Oath-Keeping Sheriff, with the support of the County Citizens can make our
County something to be proud of and something we can feel good about passing
along to future generations.

Quite frankly, I was hurt by what Ellen and others have said. I considered
her my friend and have done my best to be a good friend to her.

I invested in this Domain and constructed and built her website, took
pictures and paid for her hosting fees as I have done for others in this
County who I also thought were my friends.

Ellen's behavior has made it obvious that she does not esteem me in the same
manner, so this domain is now for sale. Out of respect for her, she does
have first right of refusal and can purchase this domain before I sell it to
anyone else.

With my comments here, the main people affected by her and other members of
the community's false accusations have had their opportunity to state their
side of the issue, so I feel that it is only appropriate that she also have a
chance to explain her position and I will print her and anyone else's reply
if she, or they, care to make one.

Most important, this event has brought to light some of the glaring problems
in Catron County and has inspired me to give it my best shot to give the
People of Catron County the opportunity to make our county what it should be,
a source of pride, a source of nurture, a source of economic stability, an
environment where Children can grow up in peace and plenty be allowed to have
an education that will provide them with the tools necessary for raising
their Families in safety and security.

An Oath-Keeping Sheriff can help the People to create such an environment for
themselves and their Posterity. Therefore, I have made a well thought out
decision to run the race for Sheriff.

Our Founding Fathers dreamed a Dream, a Dream of Peace and Prosperity for
themselves and their Children. That Dream is still alive and available to
all those who have the courage and integrity to insist that "government"
respect the Rights and Freedoms that Our Creator gave us ALL.

I will Stand. I trust that some of you will also Stand.
